Each patient receives a Chiropractic Health Card. They use it to register
themselves electronically. They no longer have to sign a sign-in sheet.
Patient’s files can be flagged to stop for payments, re-exams, insurance
verification, etc. with no memory management or sticky note reminders.
Also put messages to your patients about upcoming events or
congratulate them on their achievements. All completely automated

Your Front Desk CA will no longer have to:

X Check off or highlight patient names in a paper appointment book or list.
X Maintain the sequence of arrivals.

Arrival List

The arrival list keeps the arrival sequence updated. Patients are seen
according to their appointment time or their arrival time. Patients are called
to the adjusting tables automatically by your recorded voice. The order in
which patients are called can also be manually prioritized.

Your CA’s can now maximize their time by:

* Promoting chiropractic
* Having a first visit interview
* Applying therapies such as traction (when qualified to do so)

Calling System:

The calling module manages patient flow and can be set to call the next
patient to the adjusting table. Can be configured to call families or special
need patients to specific tables.

Your CA will no longer have to:
X Monitor the order in which patients are seen
X Direct patients to the adjusting area on time.
X Maintain the sequence of arrivals.
Patient Chiropractic Electronic Health File

At the adjusting table, patients use their Chiropractic Health Card to access
their Electronic Chiropractic Health File (Electronic Travel Card - ETC).

A patient’s entire history, including everyday S.O.A.P. notes can be viewed
from any computer in the clinic, where permitted. With a simple glance of the
computer screen, you will have an excellent overview of the patient’s
condition. You will also know if they are keeping on their planned care
schedule, how many appointments they have had, how many they have
missed how many are future scheduled and when they are scheduled next.
Put patient education right on the screen based on visits. All x-rays, thermal
scans, posture pictures or any digital information you want to see for your
patients is right on the screen, everything you need to make informed clinical
decisions and help your patients stay on track with their care.

Your CA can devote more time to patients as he/she will be released from
tasks that consumed working hours such as:
X Retrieving travel cards from a filing cabinet daily

Soap Notes

You enter all SOAP notes using a Personalized Electronic Touch
Pad or the
new Platinum System One-Touch (touch screen). The
configuration is set according to your needs. With the trainer,
you will program your Electronic Touch Pad to complete SOAP
NOTES such as: regular adjustment, listing, vertebrae, subjective
and objective comments, exercises, therapies, etc.

At the touch of a button, for a regular adjustment, you enter
complete SOAP notes, release the table and prepare the system
to call the next patient. With data entry this fast, you gain patient
adjusting time, and drastically improve your note taking ability!


NEW SUBJECTIVE NOTES MODULE !

The new patient self-subjective module allow your patients to
enter their own subjective notes. Need to be seen!

Check-Out

If setup, patients are automatically billed for the day’s services, without any
intervention from you or your CA. At every visit, doctor may verify the billing
from his screen to make sure it is accurate.

When needed, you can easily send messages to the Front Desk, directly
through the system!

If your patients have taken multiple appointments and have pre-paid their
Financial Care Plan, they can leave the clinic without even stopping at the Front
Desk!
