The best way to compare products is from recent experiences of other doctors. Some of them had left Platinum System and came back
and some went directly from others to Platinum System. But each wanted to share their story so others would not make the same mistakes.

System vs Atlas
We thought we had a found a program comparable to Platinum for less money and that is why we decided to change programs.
What a Mistake! The demonstration of this new program was great in theory, but we found it much more complicated. We literally had
our staff on the phone everyday for hours trying to get the "kinks" worked out.
With a stressed-out doctor and staff; our practice
suffered tremendously. We kept thinking that things would improve, but the never did. Our practice continued to decline.
We switched
back to Platinum after 3 months, and our practice is growing again and the stress is gone. This mistake has cost us thousands of dollars.
If anyone is thinking of changing programs, please don't. It was one of the worst decisions we have made since being in practice.
Platinum truly has the best system on the market. They are great to work with and the support is awesome.

Although
we were very happy with Platinum System,
the decision to leave and use a "comparable software" as we were told, was due to price. Since
we rarely used tech support and with the slowing Michigan economy we tried to become more cost effective and reduce the continuous
monthly fee for Platinum Systems. After 3 long months with the other software the decision to return to Platinum was unanimous. During
those 3 months, our staff felt that the inefficient software we were using was not only bringing office morale down, but also a loss
in time & revenue. We spent several hours on the phone with tech support trying to work out ridiculous inefficiencies and realized
we were working for the system, the system wasn't working for us. While using this other system, staff would be heard muttering, "
I would have had this done by now in Platinum, " or "This system can't do this, but Platinum can."
We are very happy to return
to Platinum Systems. Their staff is professional, courteous and extremely competent. Stacia, has been especially helpful as we transition
back and has provided timely solutions for new billing issues. We are proud to say, that Platinum System has been a welcomed return.

How to Save Yourself $50,000 +
During the past thirteen years in my Chiropractic office
I have had several software
systems starting with Medisoft. We then updated our system to Chiro8000, and unfortunately due to poor
a support group at Chiro8000 we decided to try out Atlas software. When switching to the Atlas software, their sales staff informed
us that they were similar to Platinum and could bill all insurance companies in the United States as well as having a lesser cost.
They stated that they had 200+ systems up and running but after all the problems they confessed that only 5-6 were in the United States
and those offices were cash practices. Randy, Atlas’s head tech was taking over our computer systems every day due to problems with
the software. Atlas created a major nightmare for our office. Accounts Receivable alone went up 100%, because of their inability to
bill in the United States. In all it ended up costing me about $50,000 due to claims becoming untimely and increased staff hours trying
to fix all the software problems. Therefore, few months later, we installed Platinum. They provided excellent training and installation
for all our employees and computers. Not only did it allow us to get our Accounts Receivable under control, but also we are able to
bill all Insurance Companies and receive a payment in a timely manner. Platinum has truly been a lifesaver in my practice. I highly
recommend Mark and Lucas and everyone else at Platinum. They have been outstanding to work with. If you are debating between these

Despite what they say, you are not alone. Many other chiropractors are in the same situation.

First, we do business with honesty and integrity. This mean we are absolutely 100% honest
with our client in all situations. In your past experience, you have certainly been victim of false promises from vendors in chiropractic.

have been using these systems since 2001. While copying someone else’s work is easy they don’t have the full understanding behind
the process. It is just like a physical therapist doing spine manipulation. May look the same but not for the same reason or result.
Be careful with suppliers that sell and survive on promises. They will sell you their product or have you finance with an independent
financing company just to get your money up front with no guarantee for success. While they have your money, you have all the risk.
The final result is that over the long run you will pay more for less quality products and less service.
