You will find below the patient's steps from the new organizational structure of your clinic.
Step I
Patients arrival in your clinic

Each patient will register themselves with their Chiropractic Health Card and the barcode reader installed at the sign-in station. The Arrival Module will automatically add the patient name in the Arrival list. This list will establish the order in which the patients will be called to the adjustment rooms according to their appointment time. |
Your assistant will no longer accomplish tasks which required her/him at the front desk, such as:

Have the patients sign the sign-in sheet; |

To check off or highlight the patients name in appointment book; |

Maintain the sequence of arrival updated in order to call the patients according to the appointment time. |
Step II
Maximize the waiting period before adjustment time! While your patients wait to be called by the computer in the available adjustment rooms, your assistant will maximize this waiting period in order to:

Step III
Patient calling in adjustment room

The calling module will manage the patient flow in the clinic. According to the appointment time, the computer will call the patients to the next available adjustment table. With the use of their Chiropractic Health Card and barcode reader installed in the adjustment room, the patient's health file will display on screen! Your assistant will no longer supervise the patient flow in the clinic…the computer will manage this task! |
Various calling alternatives can be used according to the patient volume in your clinic.
Step IV
Electronic Travel Card or Health File
The Platinum System computerized your patient's health file! All the information from your patient's health file will display on screen! The entire patient's health history can be accessed from any computer in the clinic. A simple glance on computer screen will provide the required information in order to easily consult your patient's condition such as: |

Step V
Patient education

Platinum System offers several tools in order to increase the patient's education. Visits frequency, missed or cancelled appointments will display on screen in order to reflect your patient's involvement and motivation in their chiropractic care. In Electronic Travel Card, this information will easily demonstrate if the visit's frequency is followed as recommended by the doctor for each patient. |
Special reminders for your patient's future appointments such as: X-rays; posture reevaluation; give gift-certificate; cervical traction; etc. can be displayed in your patient Electronic travel card in order to make an incredible follow-up on your patient's chiropractic care. |

Step VI
Patient's evaluation on screen!

The Electronic Travel Card will display your patient's X-rays on screen. You can also digitalize posture images. They can be consulted at each visit. The doctor's analysis can be made directly on these digitalized X-rays or images! The optional Vertebral Thermography Module will also provide incredible impact on your patients. Step VII
More time to adjust more patients!

In the adjustment rooms, the Electronic Touch-pad will update your patient's health file, record the regular adjustment, automatically bill the patient, release the adjustment room when completed and call the next patient to be adjusted all at once by simply pressing only one key most of the time! This Electronic Touch-pad can be configured according to your personal requirements. A total of 470 keys can be pre-programmed in order to complete your patient's electronic travel card. Information to complete your soap notes such as: regular's adjustment, listing, vertebrae, subjective and objective's comment, exercise, etc. |
Step VIII
Messages to your assistant on screen!
Can you imagine how much time you can save by sending messages to your assistant without leaving the adjustment's room, no more paper loss, hoping your patient will make the message to your assistant…You can now electronically convey messages to your assistant by using the Communication module:
- Modification of visit's frequency;
- Schedule the next appointment;
- Reception pre-programmed messages;
- Health message reminder for the next appointment of a patient;

Step IX
Appointments and payments management
The Reception Administrative Management module will eliminate the repetitive tasks and avoid important errors with the help of automatic billing, the multiple appointments function and the complete financial care plan management. Step X
Print all type of documents
Several letter models can be created with Microsoft Word software (or other) and merged with the data from Platinum System. By using the Document Management module, each letter can be personalized and used for a mass mailing. A document copy can be saved in the patient's file for future reference or reprint purposes.
Step XI
Evaluation of your clinic's productivity
In order to evaluate your clinic's productivity, the Practice Diagnosis module will produce up to 26 graphics according to your working habits and your patient's involvement in their chiropractic care.
These graphics will easily demonstrate:
- If your patients are motivated and committed to continue their chiropractic care;
- If your patients are disciplined and follow the doctor's recommendations;
- If your patients need more chiropractic education;
- Your efficiency to reschedule missed or cancelled appointments;

Step XII
Integrated Backup and security module

The Backup module automates the backup process daily or monthly. Data, images and Word documents will be safely protected when saved through Platinum System. Furthermore, one backup is programmed on an auxiliary server in order to offer a quick alternative if the main server would not be operational. |
