Let us begin by saying how much we LOVE the addition of Platinum System in our office! Although we are still
inputting some data, we are truly seeing how a paperless office reduces the workload of our cash practice.
We have now been paperless for 3 weeks and would not return to our old system for anything!
The main purpose of this letter is to let you know how pleased we were with our in-office installation. From
the moment we picked Julie up at the airport, we drilled her with questions. She far surpassed our
expectations in the installation process, the training, and in her answers to our questions. In fact due
to transportation plans, we were so lucky as to have an extra half day with her in which she filled our
brains with “advanced features” for future exploration.
As a former technical trainer for a major, building automations hardware/software company (who used to do
this very kind of work), our office manager (and my wife), Melisa was thoroughly impressed with Julie’s
professionalism, her knowledge of the system, her troubleshooting abilities, her ability to field tough
questions, and her demeanor in handling unexpected computer problems. Melisa was also impressed with Julie’s
ability to admit when she did not know the answer to a particular question. She was on the phone within a
few minutes to find out the answers to our sometimes obscure questions. Plus, she was able to do all of
this while holding our 3-month old son, Gabriel, while we input data!
