Integrated card, ACH and text-to-pay — payments that post themselves, right inside Platinum.
FIGURES TO VERIFY
Payments, built into the visit.
Take payment at the front desk, online or by text — and every dollar posts straight to the ledger.
- Card, ACH and text-to-pay
- Stored cards & automatic payment plans
- Every payment posts to billing automatically
- Live dashboard shows today’s take — and tomorrow’s deposit
Illustrative — replace with a product screenshot. FIGURES TO VERIFY
Collections, measured.
Three numbers the front desk feels first: what gets collected at time of service, when patients can pay, and how much posting is left to do.
FIGURES TO VERIFY
One payments platform, built right in.
Collect however patients want to pay — and never re-key a payment into billing again.
Card, debit & ACH
Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover — swipe, dip or key in, with competitive processing rates.
HSA / FSA cards
Accept health savings and flexible spending accounts with no extra steps — IIAS-compliant receipts auto-generated.
Contactless & mobile wallets
Apple Pay, Google Pay and tap-to-pay on Platinum terminals — fast and hygienic.
Text-to-pay & online pay
Send secure payment links by text or email; patients pay from their phone with no login required.
Stored cards & payment plans
Structured payment plans and recurring charges for care packages and memberships, with card-on-file consent management. Failed payments retry automatically, and the card updater refreshes expired cards on file before an instalment fails.
Family & multi-patient accounts
Link family members under one profile — split charges, manage cards on file and view combined statements. Payments allocate flexibly across family members, services and responsible parties.
Front-desk point of sale
Collect at the terminal at check-in or checkout — swipe, dip or tap, with cards tokenized for next time.
Automatic posting
Payments post instantly to patient ledgers — no manual entry, no end-of-day reconciliation.
Dual pricing & receipts
Offer cash-discount / dual pricing and send automatic branded email and SMS receipts after every transaction.
Live payments dashboard
Every transaction, refund and deposit in real time — including the expected funding date and transaction-level detail, and analytics by clinic, provider, service, payer and payment method.
Chargeback management
Disputes come with alerts, evidence collection and deadline tracking — worked in the same place as the visit and the claim.
Revenue-leakage alerts
Expired cards, failed recurring payments, unpaid visits and uncollected balances are flagged automatically.
QuickBooks, reconciled
Payments flow into QuickBooks without duplicate entry.
Financial plans, built in
A native financial-plan module — a visual builder showing total case value and instalments, family plans under one billing relationship, concurrent plans, digital acceptance, and a plan-vs-actual collection dashboard. Patients see their plan summary in the app. Not an add-on.
Transparent pricing controls
Compliant surcharge and dual-pricing programs by card type and location — subject to applicable rules — plus ACH and digital wallets, with clear reporting of interchange, processor fees and clinic revenue.
Reconciliation runs itself.
Payments and reminders happen automatically, so the front desk stops chasing balances.
Auto-reconciliation
Deposits match to claims and ledgers automatically.
Smart reminders
Balance reminders go out by text and email on their own.
Live cash view
See collections and outstanding balances in real time.
Balance campaigns
Outstanding balances trigger automated text, email and app sequences — and stop on their own the moment the balance is paid.
Three steps to faster collections.
-
Connect your terminal
Set up your terminal and online / in-app options; cards on file are securely tokenized.
-
Collect at every touchpoint
Copays at check-in, balances in the app, recurring plans charge automatically — every payment posts instantly.
-
Reconcile every payment
Daily reconciliation matches payments, flags discrepancies and generates settlement reports.
The end of the chasing phone call.
Same visit, same patients — a different end to the day for the front desk.
- Balances chased for weeks after the visit
- Payments re-keyed into billing by hand
- End-of-day reconciliation at the front desk
- A third-party gateway to manage on the side
- The chasing phone call for every open balance
- Most patients pay before they leave the clinic
- Every payment posts to the ledger automatically
- Daily reconciliation matches payments and flags discrepancies
- One processor, one reconciliation, inside Platinum
- A secure pay link by text on the way home
Payments connects to everything.
Every payment ties back to the claim, the chart and the dashboards — no silos, no double entry. Multi-location groups run separate merchant accounts and bank accounts per clinic — with routing rules and one consolidated report across the group.
Billing & RCM
Payments reconcile against claims automatically.
EHR
Balances tie to the visit and the chart.
Patient App
Patients pay from their pocket in one tap.
Analytics
Collections feed revenue dashboards live.
Scheduling (PMS)
Time-of-service payment happens at check-in.
Transparent rates, no surprises.
Swipe, dip or tap at the terminal — competitive rates with next-day funding available.
Secure links sent by SMS or email — ideal for collecting balances remotely.
No gateway, statement or PCI fees — processing is included in your Platinum subscription.
Standard processing rates — confirm current terms with the payments team before publishing.
Questions about taking payments.
Hardware, contracts, refunds, and what happens to the cards you already have on file.
Card-present payments run on Platinum terminals, which take swipe, dip and tap-to-pay including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Online pay and text-to-pay need no hardware at all. Bring your current setup to a demo and we will tell you what carries over.
They come with you. Platinum runs a migration workflow covering merchant accounts, stored tokens, recurring schedules and terminal deployment, so payment continuity is protected through the switch — recurring plans don’t skip a beat, and anything that can’t transfer is re-collected by secure link before cut-over.
No. There are no gateway, statement or PCI fees — processing is included in your Platinum subscription. The published processing rates sit under rates above; confirm the terms that apply to your practice with the payments team.
A refund is issued against the same ledger entry as the original payment, so the patient balance corrects itself. Disputes are worked with the payments team rather than a separate processor’s help desk, and every transaction keeps its link back to the visit.
Yes. Secure payment links sent by text or email are paid from the phone with no login required. Patients who use the patient app see their balance and pay there instead.
Payments run as part of your Platinum plan rather than as a merchant agreement you unwind on its own. Ask for the exact term that applies to your practice on a demo and we will put it in writing.
One team. Because the payment, the claim and the chart live in the same platform, support can see the transaction and the visit it belongs to in the same place — there is no handoff to a third-party processor.
Yes. Each location can settle to its own merchant account and bank account, with centralized reporting across the group.
Payments are built with processor redundancy so the clinic keeps operating — and because processing is part of Platinum, one team owns the answer.
Real practices, real people.
The awkward part of the visit shouldn’t be the payment. A tap at the front desk, a text link on the way home — and the front desk never has to make the chasing phone call.
“Within 30 days of working with Platinum my collections began to spike!”
“It puts our minds at ease knowing that Platinum is taking care of ALL of our billing!”
