Are there any monthly fees?
No. There are no monthly gateway fees, statement fees, or PCI compliance fees. You pay only per-transaction processing rates: 2.6% + 10¢ for in-person and 2.9% + 30¢ for online/text-to-pay.
What terminal hardware do I need?
Platinum provides PCI-compliant terminals that support swipe, dip, and contactless (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Terminals are pre-configured to auto-post payments directly to your Platinum ledger.
How does text-to-pay work?
You send a secure payment link to the patient's phone via SMS. They tap the link, see their balance, and pay with any saved or new card — no login, no app download required. Payment posts instantly to the patient ledger.
Is patient card data stored securely?
Yes. All card data is tokenized — raw card numbers never touch your system. We are PCI DSS Level 1 certified with point-to-point encryption on all terminals. Patient consent is captured digitally for card-on-file storage.
