Nadine Brunet recently advanced to Vice President of Platinum System after serving as Director of Product Development. This post celebrates the promotion and introduces Nadine to the chiropractors, CAs, and billing teams who work with Platinum every day but may never have met the person steering the product.
23 years at Platinum
Nadine brings over three decades of software application development and customer support experience, with 23 years dedicated to Platinum System specifically. She participated in developing the company’s first EHR system. She led the creation of the Insurance Billing module. She has watched the chiropractic software industry move through three full generational shifts — from DOS to Windows to cloud — and has been on the team making those transitions work for Platinum customers each time.
Her academic and professional background
Nadine holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and International Finance from the University of Montreal and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and International Business from HEC Montreal. She recently completed certification in Human Resources Management. That combination — economics, finance, HR, and two decades of applied software experience — is unusual for a product executive in chiropractic tech, and it shows in the way she thinks about building software.
Where she is taking Platinum next
“Her goal is to offer a 360-degree platform to all Platinum customers,” with plans to integrate artificial intelligence for enhanced product efficiency. The Platinum 2.0 roadmap is her playbook, and the features landing in the next four quarters — AI Scribe, deeper IBS integration, and the cloud performance work — are all steps toward that 360-degree vision.
A message to the Platinum community
When asked what she wants current customers to know, Nadine was direct: “I work for the chiropractors and the CAs who run practices on our software. Every feature decision starts there.” After 23 years, that is not a slogan — that is the job description.
