In Memory of Mark Lewis

A valued colleague, a trusted friend and an important part of the Platinum story.

Mark Lewis joined the Platinum family in 2006.

At the time, Mark was working with the Waiting List Practice coaching program. He saw something in Platinum, its potential, its people, and what it could become and made the decision to join our team.

What followed was a journey of nearly two decades.

As Vice President of Sales, Mark became much more than a representative of Platinum. For many people in the chiropractic community, Mark was Platinum.

He traveled to events, worked closely with coaching organizations, met doctors and their teams, built partnerships, introduced practices to our technology and developed relationships that often extended far beyond a traditional business relationship.

Mark had an extraordinary ability to connect with people. Many of the doctors, partners, and colleagues he met over the years did not simply become customers or business contacts — they became friends.

Through countless conferences, seminars, phone calls, demonstrations, conversations, and miles traveled, Mark helped carry the Platinum name throughout the chiropractic community. He believed in what we were building and remained part of our journey through years of change, growth, and transformation.

But Mark's contribution to Platinum cannot be measured only by sales, clients, or years of service.

It is measured by the relationships he built, the people he helped, the stories we share, and the memories he leaves behind.

During the final months of his life, Mark faced cancer with tremendous courage and determination. Those of us who knew what he was going through witnessed the same strength and fighting spirit that characterized so much of his life.

Mark will forever be part of Platinum's history.

We will remember his dedication, his humor, his perseverance, the relationships he built, and the many years we were fortunate enough to have him as part of our team.

Most importantly, we will remember Mark — the person behind all of it.

His journey with Platinum may have begun in 2006, but the impact he made will remain with us for many years to come.

Thank you, Mark, for believing in Platinum, for representing us for nearly two decades, and for being part of our family.

You will be deeply missed and always remembered.
