His specialty is the quiet kind: if a problem is annoying you, he has probably solved it for fifty other practices this month and knows the fastest fix by heart.
Kevin Gaskin — Customer Support Supervisor, 10 years
Kevin started the same role alongside Rommel and earned a well-deserved promotion to supervisor. “What truly sets Kevin apart is his humble demeanor and his ability to keep calm under pressure. No matter how hectic things get, he is always there with a smile on his face and a reassuring word for his team.”
Alicia Blackman — Sales Representative, 11 years
Alicia has been our sales dynamo for 11 years. “If assertiveness and sarcasm were Olympic sports, she would have a gold medal in both.” Prospects either love her immediately or need a second coffee. They almost always buy.
Trisha Workman — Insurance Billing Representative, 14 years
Trisha has spent 14 years on the Insurance Billing team. If you have ever had a claim run into a modifier problem and watched it fix itself within the hour, there is a good chance Trisha was on the other end of that ticket.
Kerry Chase — Customer Support Representative, 14.8 years
And then there is Kerry Chase. Almost 15 years in, “Kerry does not just solve problems, he tackles them head-on with a passion that is as fiery as Barbados sunshine.” The practices he has rescued in the last year alone include two that were one weekend from switching off Platinum. Both are still here. That is what Kerry does.
