Natasha started her journey in the customer service department and quickly made her mark with her no-nonsense attitude and her knack for speaking her mind. Fifteen years later, she is the person on the IBS team the hardest denials get handed to — because she is the one who will actually read the policy, call the carrier, and refuse to hang up until it is resolved.
Stacia Payne — Insurance Billing Representative, 16 years
