Fifteen years. Nine hundred offices.

Mark Lewis has worked with Platinum for 15 years as the sales and marketing director. He has heard many such stories throughout the years. It is why Platinum exists. “I have been in 900 offices throughout the world,” Lewis said, “and the original owner did the same thing.” That is the number he comes back to whenever a prospect asks whether Platinum really understands chiropractic workflows. Nine hundred offices is not a marketing claim. It is a career.

The two-screen moment

Halfway through the interview, Mark walked Mark Sanna through the Platinum doctor screen. “One of the most powerful features of Platinum is the fact that there are only two screens — one for the front desk and one for the doctor. All the information is right at your fingertips.” Sanna’s response was the same one most chiropractors give when they see it for the first time: why does no other EHR do this?

Why practices stay

The conversation closed with a question about churn — how often Platinum loses customers to competitors. Mark’s answer was straightforward: the clinics that leave almost always come back. The ones that do not leave are the ones that realize, sometimes years in, that the ‘small’ differences in daily workflow compound into the difference between burning out and building a career.
